PMI Certifications

Certification is a milestone in the career development and recognizes the competence and professionalism of individuals. PMGS can help you prepare for certification : CAPM®, PMP® and PgMP®.

Candidates targeted for this certification are stakeholders in project management. As an expert, sponsor of a project coordinator, you are asked to provide information, to give guidance or facilitate the realization of a project.

This certification allows those who have a task to perform in an area of expertise (finance, marketing, sales, etc..) to gain an understanding of the terminology and processes in Project Management, and to better appreciate their role in the overall project.

See our CAPM® fact sheet

The most recognized PMI® certification, the PMP® targets candidates who are responsible for managing all aspects and the lifecycle of a project. If you are in charge of one or more projects and must be the leader in cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and according to specifications, this certification is definitely for you !

See our PMP ® fact sheet

Program Management involves the supervision of multiple projects in a “program structure” to achieve a business goal. This certification provides a framework for those whose function is to direct project managers in cost control, planning and performance of projects component and operations in an organized program structure.

Once a PMI® certification is acquired, it is necessary to maintain it. The PMI’s "Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR)” program is designed to up-keep knowledge and to ensure that certified individuals maintain a “fresh” and modern set of skills.

To maintain certification credentials, participants must take part in professional development activities deemed eligible, by the PMI®, for "professional development units (PDUs)”
